IT service provider Tieto incident affects EnterCard’s card customers
- IT service provider Tieto has an ongoing incident affecting servers in their storage solution. EnterCard is a customer of Tietos and is one of many customers affected by this incident.
- In response to this situation, we have activated our continuity plans, including manual workarounds, to be able to uphold customer services and financial processing.
- Our cards work and customer card transactions are authorized as usual by our core card system. We have also recieved new card applications. However, there has been a delay in sending out new cards but it is now working fine.
- Information in our NetBank is now updated again for Sweden and from tomorrow also in Norway and Denmark.
- EnterCard will perform a thorough review of Tieto’s procedures focusing on the vendor’s operational stability for these services to ensure this will not happen again.
